By accessing or using Decido, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Decido is a platform for healthy debates and social comparison. You agree strictly not to:

• Post illegal, abusive, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate polling results.
• Upload unauthorized copyrighted media.

2. Account Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your account access and any actions taken under your credentials. We recommend using strong security practices with your linked authentication providers (Google, etc.). Decido reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Content Ownership & Licenses

You retain rights to the content you create and post on Decido. However, by submitting content, you grant Decido a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to distribute, format, modify, and publicly display it across the platform boundaries to facilitate the primary service of public polling and aggregation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Decido is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. Decido will not be legally liable for damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service, including data loss or unauthorized access to transmissions.
